01. Order & Shipping

Currently CLUBCLIO does not offer order
cancellations after an order has been placed.

If there is incorrect information reflected on your
order confirmation, please email customer service at info@clubclio.shop

We’re so
sorry about the damaged item! Please email customer service at info@clubclio.shop,
within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include “Damaged Product” in the
subject line and in the body of the email include the following details: your
name, order number, name of product that arrived damaged, and a description of
the damage. Photos are also helpful :)

Usually, standard shipping takes around 10 - 20
business days. However, estimated shipping dates are subject to change
according to the customs clearance procedure and post office delivery
situations

If you made an error entering your
shipping address or need to change the address, please contact us as soon as
possible at info@clubclio.shop. We will make every effort to ensure the correct
delivery of your order!

We’re sorry we left out a product from your order.
Please email customer service at info@clubclio.shop, within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include “missing product” in the subject line and in the body of the email include the following details: your name, order number, and the product(s) you’re missing from your order.

We do our best to avoid this situation, but we
can’t guarantee it will not get caught by customs. We apologize for any
potential additional charges that may occur if caught by customs. If you feel
uncomfortable with paying customs charges, you can decline the package. We
completely understand, and will fully refund your order once we receive the
package back!

We’re so sorry if you were unsatisfied with your
order. We accept returns within 14 days after receiving an item in its “brand
new” and “original” condition. Additionally, it is the buyer's responsibility
to cover shipping costs for returns

We do not offer direct exchanges on any of our

problems or concerns with the item you received

02. Return

If you would like to return a product, please
contact us at info@clubclio.shop for return instructions.

We are so sorry you didn’t love your CLUB CLIO
purchase! Please contact our customer service team at info@clubclio.shop in
order to start the return process.

We recommend that if you are shipping an item over
$75 that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking or insurance.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, but if you are having trouble with any other
shipping issues, please reach out to us at info@clubclio.shop

03. Payment

We accept payment methods from Paypal,
Visa, Master, credit cards, and debit cards.

04. Shopping

Yes! We include at least one free sample with every
order, unless you opt not to receive them. We only ship samples with purchase.
However, due to the limited stock of free samples, we are unable to re-ship
them if they arrive damaged or are missing.

Sign up for our emails to receive discounts and
promo codes! A welcome coupon will be provided upon your first purchase.

Promotion codes are limited to one code per order,
and in some cases, promotions can only be redeemed once per person. If you are
having an issue with a promo code, please be sure your order meets all
qualifications for the promo code or that the code is still valid. If you are
still having issues, please contact customer service at info@clubclio.shop

05. Account

By creating an account on clubclio.shop you will be
able to keep record of all your purchases, billing, and order tracking
information. If you choose to receive emails (which we highly suggest!), you
will also be the first to know about new products, promotions, and all things
CLUBCLIO.
